We have been with comcast for 5 years, paying an obscene amount of money for services. We use to get certain channels via hd. We upgraded to xfinity and bam we lost channels via hd. I contacted them, they came over 4 times and each time blame their other services. Not one proper fix. At this point we give up. We have no choice but to be with comcast because thats the service in our condo.
