Buyers beware!! I purchased a small duffle bag that hooks onto your luggage. I received this bag three months later with no communication from the seller advising why it was taking so long. I wrote several emails to them but they refused to respond till three months later!! When I received the bag it was a very poor quality and very thin. I requested for a return and refund. They refused to refund my money. Now what company does that if you're not satisfied with the merchandise. So I'm just writing this to let buyers know what they will be dealing with if you're not satisfied with the merchandise.
