In October of 2019 there was an unauthorized charge of 50.00on my account,they refused to remove it after I furnished all information requested.I finally had to contact Chase to put the amount in dispute.Kudos to Chase for removing the charge.
In January 2020 again there was an unauthorized charge of 5.40.Again I contacted the company,again I furnished all requested information,again no resolution.They had me call Chase to find information about the issue,also they had me call a third party billing service to see if they had any knowledge of the charges.Still,no resolution.The company had the gall to say it’s my problem.I called Chase again to dispute these automatic charges.Quite frankly Chase believes there is some problem with their system.I am inclined to believe Chase as I have had the same card with them for over 30 years and never had an issue till Casella bought out my old company.
Avoid This Company At Costs.Casella Stinks!!!
