The Billling department of the Hospital system in Dartmouth-Hitchcock is rubbish. They will not even try to get the information they need even if it is entirely THEIR FAULT and mistake. its all on you to try to figure out what went wrong and how to get the whole thing resolved. They are bullies on the phone and not helpful. I feel sorry for the patients who have to go through their billing department. Billing department Headquarters in Boston, for locations all over the northeast US. Terrible customer service.
