Changed Car Insurance due to cost, Very nice people. A little long winded, and tried to sell more than you need. However, Started with them this last July. Called them on Sept 10 and informed that dont get paid untill Sept. 21. Asked if payment could be made then, Yes it could. In the mean time I got a diff car and needed to have full coverage. Called on Sept. 14th and it was done, then wanted to get a lower decuctable, It was changed. Now remember had talked on the 10th so payment would not come out until the 21st. Well sorry but they suck, the girl I talked to ( Dahnika ) ran payment and now my checking account is over drawn. Called Esurance to inform of what has happened. They will not or can not do anything. I GIVE THEM A  1
