My dishwasher went out, ordered new one Home Depot, Got it on March 18th, set it up and it did not dry the dishes well and stayed wet inside all the time. Decided to return it and up grade to a better one, went to H D they would not help said call the manufacturer, called mftr got the run around, called mgr H D Dave, he gave me the number to pick up and delivery, called mgr HD bk and told him if he didnt help me I was calling channel 4 so he called the mftr and they sent some one out to ck the product, came out next morning, said there was nothing wrong but that it would not dry the dishes well and interior would stay wet all the time. Oh the service man said pull the top rack our some and keep the door propped open. Who want to keep a dishwasher propped open in the kitchen.
The service man said take the papers to HD say not satisfied and wanted to upgrade the dishwasher, ask to speak to Dave, but sent Tim out. Told him and all he could say was you had 48 hours to return, and it is on our website about the 48 hrs. I told him I was going to call channel 4 news and get them out there, and he said,go right ahead. He didnt even try to help. When we purchased it no one mentioned 48 hr return, and the service man said HD had a 30 day return policy. The thing is they have a slick way giving the cst no way to return it except 48 hrs after purchase and wouldn't even try to help the cst, even to upgrade. There is no way recourse and no one tells you there is only 48 hrs to return the dishwasher. They do this so no one can return the badly made product, you are just stuck with it.
DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES AT HOME DEPOT YOU ARE JUST STUCK WITH THE PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED.
