I tried chatting this morning, but got bounced around to 4 different reps before we had to leave the house. Then tried calling, went through the whole story again, and then he said he couldn't handle our account. Sent us to another rep, who did, after 30 minutes, restore our service. She let us know that even though we had a $320 credit balance on our account, there is no problem there. Well no crap! We are paid up for 2 more months, dummies!
